Hypnotherapy is a safe, powerful psychotherapeutic tool which can be used to break the negative cycle of depression and anxiety.

It can help with anger, blood pressure,
weight control, lack of confidence, insomnia, IBS, relationship/marital difficulties, migraine, nail biting, nightmares, obsessions, dependency on medication and/or drugs,  panic attacks, fears, phobias, stress  and many more.

Hypnotherapy uses the application of hypnotic techniques to bring about therapeutic change and is a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

I trained for a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma at The Clifton Practice in Plymouth (the leading hypnotherapy clinic in the South West).

My fees are set out below for either face to face sessions or via an online platform:

  • Initial Consultation will include an explanation of how the brain works and how we are affected by situations and events in our lives and also to gather information from you in order to assess your current situation.  You will also be given a complementary relaxation CD or downloadable version (1 hour) - Free

  • General Therapy (1 hour) - £55.00

  • Children under 16 (40-50 mins) - £45.00

All session times are approximate.

The number of sessions needed will vary and it is difficult to say how many you will need as each person is different but for an approximate guide:

Treatment of fears or phobias would usually require five sessions, treatment of depression or anxiety may require approximately 6-12 sessions although it is very difficult to say as every person and every issue is different.   The brain learns through repetition, which is the foundation of hypnotherapy.

Anti-smoking is a single session.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or re-arrange a session please give as much notice as possible so that I am able to give your appointment slot to someone else.

Children/Under 18

I work with children and young people but will need a parental form signed prior to an appointment.  A parent, carer or guardian will need to accompany the young person to the appointment or be present over the online platform.  Chaperones are also welcome.
